The first step.


The initial phase in working together is a relaxed, informal consultation where I get to know you, your goals and what's led you to reach out to me. 


This is my chance to really listen, understand your "why," and hear exactly what you're struggling with. It's just as important for you too — a moment to ask questions, feel reassured that your goals are truly achievable and get a sense of the support you'll have from me moving forward.


My priority from the very start is to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and confident that you are in the right place. 

Your sessions.


Your sessions are completely distraction-free, giving you my full attention from start to finish. Each workout is designed to push you to your limits in a safe, structured way, helping you discover just how much you're capable of. 


I'll guide you with a strong knowledge base, constantly refining your technique and explaining the "why" behind everything we do. 


You won't just train — you'll learn, grow, and walk away with skills and understanding that will stay with you well beyond the session.

Roadmap.


Your personalised roadmap is created after I've taken the time to fully understand your goals, your starting point, and any limitations or challenges you may have.


I break your journey down into clear, manageable phases that show exactly how we'll move from where you are now to where you want to be. 


Every stage has a purpose, whether it's building foundations, increasing strength, improving fitness, or fine-tuning the details. 


This roadmap becomes the backbone of your coaching — something I refer to each week to guide your progress, make adjustments, and keep you moving forward with clarity and confidence.

Nutrition plan.


During the consultation, I gather information about foods you enjoy so that I can build your nutrition plan that feels natural and easy for you to follow. Each plan is completely catered to your preferences and lifestyle, and it's adjusted throughout your programme depending on what's needed in each phase.


 Whether we're focusing on building strength, improving performance, reducing body fat or enhancing recovery, your nutrition plan will always align with your goals. 

The Pursuit app.


The Pursuit app is your central hub for accountability and daily progress. It holds everything you need — your resistance training sessions, cardio plans, and personalised nutrition plan — all in one easy-to-use place.


 You log every workout, track your meals, and stay on top of your daily habits, giving both of us a clear picture of how you're doing. The app also handles your daily check-ins, helping you to stay consistent, organised, and fully supported throughout your entire journey. 


The app also includes a built-in chat feature, allowing you to contact me for support, questions, or reassurance whenever you need it.

Weekly check-ins.


Each week, you'll complete a detailed check-in, where we review your progress in depth. I look at what went well, what needs improving and which areas may be falling behind in relation to your personalised roadmap. 


Every adjustment and every decision has a purpose, ensuring your plan continues to move you in the right direction. These weekly reviews give you clarity, accountability and the reassurance that every step you take is bringing you closer to your goals.
