1-1 In Person Coaching
I provide a fully personalised coaching experience that starts with an in-depth consultation and assessment to understand your goals, history, and current fitness level. From there, I create a tailored training and nutrition plan, supported by daily accountability and weekly detailed reviews, ensuring consistent progress and long-term results.
Online Coaching
Online coaching gives you the same personalised support as my in-person coaching, just without me physically in the gym. I guide you through each workout with Pursuit-filmed exercise tutorials, and you still get regular check-ins and feedback, so you feel supported and confident every step of the way.
Athlete Development
The 1-1 Athlete Development service helps athletes of all ages across a range of sports to improve key physical qualities such as agility, speed, power, strength awareness and reaction time. Each programme is tailored to the individual, focusing on the specific areas they need to develop, to perform with greater confidence, efficiency, and athleticism.
